Application in prescribed form duly affixed with Non-refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs 50 /- (Rupees Fifty) only are invited for Renewal Registration of Class-III contractor category under Executive Engineer (PHE) Umsning Division; Umsning for the year 2021-22 and Updradation to Class II under Superintending Engineer (PHE) Ri Bhoi Circle , Nongpoh for the year 2021-22. The Application form can be obtain from the Office of the undersigned on all working days on payment of Rs. 50 (Fifty) only per Application form .Application with incomplete information or documents being false or incorrect will be liable to be cancelled.
The last date for submission of the form is on the 26.08.2021
NO REGISTRATION PAPER WILL BE ISSUE OR ACCEPTED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.

The following up-to-date documents must be submitted along with the application form for renewal applicants:-
1.Attested copy of Professional Tax Clearance Certificate (PTCC)
2.Attested copy of Labour License Certificate from labour Department
3.Attested copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN CARD)
4.Attested copy of Residential Certificate from the Headman
5.2 (Two ) copies of recent attested passport size photograph
6.Financial Soundless Certificate from M.L.A/M.D.C or from the Bank where the person concern is having an account.
7.Attested copy of Elector Photo Identity Card (EPIC) copy
8.Attested copy of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate from Deputy Commissioner.
9. Attested copy of Goods and Service Tax Certificate (GSTIN) as applicable
