| Advisory on COVID-19 | In pursuance of the instructions issued by the Government and as preventive measures to contain the transmission of infections from COVID-19 the following suggestions are hereby issued for the safety of the citizens of the district; “All the people especially students coming back home to Ri Bhoi District from COVID-19 affected states within India are advised to go for self-quarantine at their homes whether with or without symptoms and notify/call District Administration through 108/8787520449/03658-232028/1077 (1077 from landline only) and take advisory accordingly. Mandatory social distancing period of 14 days must be followed as precautionary measures so that transmission chain can be stopped”. All parents/guardians to kindly cooperate in this endeavor for the health and safety of everyone. |
