Candidates are invited for a WALK -IN-INTERVIEW from residents of Meghalaya on the 14^th – July-2020 at 10:00 am at the Office of the DMHO Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh  for appointment to the following post for Entry Point, Byrnihat, Ri Bhoi District on contract basis for a period 6 months.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Candidates should bring all original documents along with application in Standard Form, Two passport size photograph and photo copies of all relevant certificates / documents at the time of Interview.
• TA/DA will be paid to the applicant for attending the interview.
• In case of any dispute arises; the undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all application without assigning any reason thereof.

Candidates are requested to report to the Office of the Project Director, Nongpoh on 14th July 2020 for the Interview

1. Registration and screening of documents : 10:00 a.m — 11:00 a.m
2. Typing speed test : 11:00 a.m – 12:00 noon
3. Viva voce : 12:30 p.m onwards.

In reference to the advertisement for the post of DEOs vide Memo No.DDMA.RB/123/2020/1-A, dated 30th June, 2020, it may be corrected that the period is for 6 (Six) months only not 1 (One) year.

Sealed tender notice duly affixed with non-refundable Court Fee Stamp against each Items of works eventually to be drawn in P.W.D. F-2 Form are hereby invited from the Registered Contractors Class-I of P.H.E. Department of Meghalaya of the year 2020-21 for the following works:

The following is the list of Eligible Candidates and Rejected Candidates who have been screened after following due procedure as per criteria laid down in the Advertisement vide letter

The Eligible Candidates are to appear for Personal Interview to be held on the 30th June, 2020 from 10:00 A.M onwards at the Office Chamber of the Project Director,DRDA, Nongpoh. All Candidates are required to bring all relevant Documents and Certificates in Original and to report half an hour before time for screening of documents.

Rejected Candidates are allowed to file their Objections before this Office w.e.f 17th June, 2020 to 22nd June, 2020 during working hours, whose case shall be heard on the spot and a decision shall be taken based on merit of the case.
