Ka Jingpyllait Khubor shaphang ka COVID-19
In view of the declaration of COVID-19 as pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) and as a notified disaster by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Disaster Management Division), the Deputy Commissioner & Chairperson, DDMA, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh invites the youths including Civil Defence volunteers, people trained in Disaster Management, First Aid, Search and Rescue Psychosocial care, Private Medical Practitioners, Ex-Servicemen/Personnel, from Ri Bhoi District to volunteer and support to contain the spread of the virus. Hence, anyone willing to volunteer can report to the Office of the Officer-in-Charge, Civil Defence, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh during working hours w.e.f, 24th – 27th March 2020 for registration.
