Laying of Foundation Stone/Inauguration of New Model Degree College at Patharkhmah, Ri Bhoi Distrik by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi under the Office of the State Project Directorate, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) , Meghalaya on February 3rd, 2019 . The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi inaugurated the New Model Colleges among 26 state and 1 UT, via remote digitally from Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre, Srinagar.
