1. Funds received from the State Mission Director will be transacted through the joint account by the District Unit of SSA SMAM Ri Bhoi district
2. Funds will be released to the BRCs / CRCs / SMCs / VECs
3. All fund will be released through Account Payee cheques or Demand Drafts
